This is a perfect place to eat, the atmosphere is the best of Barbate and it was full and the restaurant next door was empty! An waiter agile, of the remaining few, called Santi organized in a second the people waiting. The food was great and I went straight for the tuna Barbate. It has many specialties for 12 euros but if you don't want tuna they have many other dishes plus dishes for 5 euros! Seriously, it's cheap, fast and caters for the people of Barbate.
