A focal point
Chapel Square, as the name suggests, is home to the shrine of the city which, interestingly, has become more famous for naming the popular wooden bridge of the city more than anything else. Still, the place is nice, it has a fountain in the center reminiscent of Berne (same construction style) and has a nice view of the bridge under the arch of the Chapel itself. It's also a focal point because from there you access the shopping area.
