An ever changing skyline
Undoubtedly, the main attraction of Chicago is the profile that draws its skyscrapers in the sky. The best views are seen from Lake Michigan. It is the extension of the city with a wide angle so one may photograph the entire skyline. It is also possible to have a good view from the Adler Planetarium in the south, or from the northern beaches, but you cannot see the entire skyline. The Chicago skyline is alive. After the boom of the 70's, which brought emblematic skyscrapers like the Sears Tower and the John Hancock Center, the construction of tall buildings ceased a little bit. Currently, the city is experiencing a new town-planning process of renewal and the proof is the recent, or planned Trump Tower Chicago Spire.
