The Tarbert ferry

After spending a couple of days touring the Dingle Peninsula, I decided to visit the Cliffs of Moher. We did not want to go through Limerick and looked for an alternative way to get there. To our amazement we found out that there was a ferry that crossed the peninsula in County Clare. Tarbert village, well signposted, there is a ferry service makes summer and also strengthens the service. When we arrived, he was gone man did 5 minutes but do not expect more than 10 or 15 minutes (just enough to go to the bathroom, there is one next to the pier and is very clean :)).
