Quality, quantity, and care

Excellent

This rural-style restaurant in the old town of Alicante offers good service, quality, and quantity. This restaurant still holds onto countryside traditions and is located in a car-free area of Alicante. Once you go, you’ll want to go back. From September until March, the best thing to try is their house-cured cheese and the “arroz con costra.” It’s simply divine!

Good food and great service

We tried the 8-course tasting menu and each plate was better than the one before. It’s noveau-cuisine that plays with textures, flavors, and temperatures on the same plate. I loved the chick peas with field mushrooms in ajoarriero sauce. If you’ve got a huge appetite, though, you might leave a bit hungry. I’d recommend it.

10 euro menu

For 10 euros, you can try the menu of homemade tapas. I had to actually ask the waiter to stop bringing food out! I wish there was a place like this where I live. It’s cheap, the service is good, and the portions are high-quality and generous.

Recommended 100%. On top of it all, the owners couldn't be friendlier.
