Interesting town in northern Nicaragua, which can perfectly serve as a base to see the wonders of the area as it's well connected by road. As for tourism, the focus is on the central square with its beautiful cathedral, almost immaculately white. In the vicinity you can visit the Somoto Canyon, where you can take a bath, Matagalpa, a beautiful city or Tisey park.
