Europe Mosaic with Vegetables

One of the main reasons for creating the current European Union was the essential need to ensure agricultural development, in addition, of course, to avoid conflicts and wars between people. The Common Agricultural Policy, CAP, has brought benefits and some downsides too. Among them, that fruits and vegetables are thrown away if the farmer cannot sell them at the price. In San Jorge, they have taken these vegetables to form a tapestry in the shape of Europe. Spain consists of tomatoes, carrots make up neighboring Portugal and, little by little, each country is painted to symbolise a Europe which
