Ferry Cafe

In its day, one of the most interesting places to visit in this town of northern Portugal was the ferry across the river Miño to the Galician village of Goian. Today, with the construction of a large bridge that connects the town of Vilanova de Cerveira and this Galician town, the ferry actually no longer exists, but it has become a beautiful cafe on the banks of the river in a beautiful natural setting. The interior of the ferry is a cozy and modern cafe with chairs and tables of many bright colors and offering views of the Miño river and a large outdoor terrace with parasols where you can enjoy a drink or a beer during the hot summer months.
