Old Inn from the Edo Era

This museum is in an old, perfectly restored innin Toyohashi. It's along what was the Tokaido route, which during the Edo period, was the most important trade route. The inn is one of the few preserved inns that housed nobles. There are some interesting activities within, like a small wood engraving workshop where you can attempt the art yourself, as well as a playground from the era. In the same space, there are also temporary exhibitions of modern and classical art. An interesting and fun experience. Website: 'https://www.toyohaku.gr.jp/honjin'
