I recommend visiting during the middle part of the day
The Gorges de Kakoueta are situated in Sainte-Engrâce (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) which you can access via a path equipped with flying walkways from which you can enjoy an impressive view of the canyon of breathtaking beauty. It is nice to discover places that untouched, nature shows us interesting places and landscapes. The best time of year I think is the spring with the melting snow of the Pyrenees, but in summer it is also very good and cool. I recommend visiting during the middle part of the day.
