Hallet´s Restaurante Bar

It's the restaurant of the hotel Dell'Orologio, and it's one of the best of Pisa, and I recommend it for its lovely courtyard and most refined atmosphere. They offer a salmon salad for 16 euros, a selection of cheeses and honeys, caprese salad, bruschetta or toast, each plate around the price mentioned. They have a good selection of wines, and three desserts, each for 14 euros.
