Traditional celebration
After the ceremony of Salto del Toro there is the traditional dance known as Evangadi Hamer. It is the initiation rite for youth to celebrate the passage from puberty to maturity. It is full of colourful dancing, music and of course the end is celebrated with a big feast that lasts all night. Goats are killed for all the young guests and their family who made the Salto del Toro.
