After a visit to the Universal Islands of Adventure, we had to stop at the Hard Rock Cafe, the world-famous restaurant with branches all over the globe. We ate the traditional Hickory-Smoked Bar-B-Que Combo, which comes with ribs, chicken and pork, chips, beans, a muffin and a little salad. The food is not incredible, but the atmosphere is pretty cool, so it's worth a visit if you're in the area. After eating, go for a wander ... this is the largest Hard Rock in the world, with a pink Cadillac hanging from the ceiling, special themed rooms like the Elvis room full of photos of the King, and the walls all decorated with photos of rock icons like Kiss, Queen and Bob Dylan.
