Katharinenkirche

The Church of St. Catherine is the largest evangelical church in Frankfurt and is dedicated to the martyr Saint Catherine of Alexandria. It is located in the city center, next to the Hauptwache. This Baroque church was built between 1678 and 1681. It was however destroyed in 1944 during World War II. Between 1950 and 1954 it was reconstructed. U 1-3/6-7 Metro, Tram S1-6/8 Haupwache.
