La Brasa Restaurant

The restaurant La Brasa keeps its original name and offers more of a Catalan market cuisine style rather than merely brasserie cuisine. Their new chef, Gunter, prepares dishes like vegetable cannelloni with fresh cheese and tomato jam, as well as creamy rice with foie gras, coca aubergine with duck liver stuffing and a Codony micuit caramelised vinegar reduction.
