A pleasant walk
No relation to the King of Pop's famous dance, Moonwalk is a walk along the Mississippi gently bathed in sunlight and named in honor of Moon Landrieu, who was a Democrat and mayor of New Orleans. The walk replaces the old cargo docks and abandoned warehouses on the banks of the Mississippi, and offers a light, airy path adjacent to the old French Quarter.
