Museo Civico Archeologico Trebula Mutusca

1 review of Museo Civico Archeologico Trebula Mutusca

organized in such a way as to illustrate the history from the first Trebula Italico Sanctuary (IV century BC) to the development of the city in Roman times.

The Public Archeological Trebula Mutuesca Muesuem (situated in Rieti) was founded in October 1995, thanks to the commitment of Mayor Francesco Monaco and the Superintendant Inspector of Lazio, Giovanna Alvino. It has been designed in order to preserve the artistic and historical evidence found in the city of Sabina. The museum has several rooms of the Palazzo Comunale di Monteleone Sabino and is organized in such a way as to illustrate the history from the first Trebula Italico Sanctuary (IV century BC) to the development of the city in Roman times.
