Museum of Santa Chiara

The Museo di santa chiara (Macerata) displays all of the objects that Clarisse had retained in the five centuries of residence. Included in the works is the table XVI of a deposed Christ supported by two angels, inspired by Perugino. In the museum you can admire some works that were kept in the monastery but this is no longer accessible because it was severely damaged by the earthquake of 1997.
