National Archaeological Museum

The National Archaeological Museum ( situated in Siena) has been located since 2001 in the old hospital of Santa Maria della Scala. It has examples of civilizations that have contributed to the history of the city: Etruscan, Roman, experiences of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance . collections are organized in underground rooms. Among most valuable materials are ancient Roman, a copy of the original Greek of the Hellenistic and alabaster urns of dall 'ipogeo Cumere family.
