Nevado de Toluca

I went camping with a few friends in snowy Toluca. I was backpacking and it was in December 2011. I had a fantastic time and as we were crossing the snow we realized that there was a concert later on. There were many more tents camped there for the concert because it lasted until the next morning. It was a brilliant evening, partying, drinking, friends, music and snow. We didn´t sleep and we had an incredible time. It was a unique experience in the company of great friends.

The park covers an area of ​​51,000 hectares. It is a place to connect with nature.

Once you get to the top the landscape is just espectacular. You can admire the sun, and moon lagoons. And if you are lucky you will find snow which makes amazing the view .
