Occidental Grand Xcaret Hotel

The Occidental Grand Xcaret is a wonderful 5-star hotel located right next to the eco-archaeological park Xcaret and less than 10 km from the famous beach [poi = 396881] Playa del Carmen [ / poi]. However, it doesn't have its own beach, only a small private area with sand, so if you are coming to Mexico to take long walks on the beach, perhaps there is a better hotel for you. Other than that, the hotel is great with 769 rooms equipped with everything from air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, bathroom with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, telephone, alarm and radio, tea and safe.
