The Pinacoteca Civica V. Bindi is distributed over 6 rooms on the top floor of the building bequeathed to the city by the historian Vicente Giuliese Bindi. There are also other works that are temporarily exposed in some rooms of the library which also preserves texts about the Neapolitan School of Art and the culture of Abruzzo. The core and defining feature of the collection consists of oil paintings, watercolors and black smoke paintings from the School of Posillipo.
