Preetz

On my only visit to Germany in 2009 I got to know the town where my aunt and uncle have lived for many years and like always they talked to me about Preetz. It's not a very touristic place but if you're not used to seeing such places they'll fascinate you like they do me. It is about 20 km from a major town called Kiel and about 100 km from Hamburg. It is a very quiet village, surrounded by green forests with two huge lakes where you can sail. The views are beautiful if you go for a walk around the town and the surrounding area. It's certainly is a great place to walk.
