A main point of interest
A few hundred meters from the beautiful seaside town of Herne Bay, Reculver is the one of the main points of interest in the area. Easily spotted from the Marine Parade or Beacon Hill in Herne Bay, it's a pair of twin towers built in the twelfth century to guide sailors, clearly silhouetted against the blue sky and reflected by the turquoise water.
