Les Cours de la Cité

It is a restaurant inside the Cité of Carcassonne (France). A comfy, elegant and nicely decorated one where you are welcomed with kindness. It also has a dining room, 2 terraces, one at the entrance of the restaurant and the other across the room, with a sunny patio on the 1st floor , as well as another room for private events. I wanted to try the Cassoulet and did not expect to go to Castelnaudary to do so. My dinner was a Cassoulet and two glasses of Blanquette de Limoux. Do not order dessert, because, this dish was too blunt for the night ... I must say it was good, but I found the portion of white beans a bit small and the bread were a bit cold.
