Sakura

This restaurant is a sushi buffet located in central Stuttgart. Inside, the tables are located in the middle and they surround conveyor belts that carry the food in individual bowls. Each one is served directly from the table. Opposite you'll find the kitchen table, separated by a window that lets you see the process of preparing the food. Although they primarily serve sushi, you can also eat vegetables and some salad there. For dessert they have fresh fruit cut into pieces, and fortune cookies. The food was good and although our Japanese friend recommended it to us, it wasn't the best sushi I've ever eaten.
