Samani Park

Samani Park, near the center of Bukhara, is a nice place to relax, refresh yourself and walk. This well-cared for park is quiet and full of greenery and flowers. It also houses the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani, from the X century. This is one of the oldest monuments of the city. There is also the Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, built in the XII century. Both are fine examples of the architecture of those years and have survived until now with virtually no restoration, except in one of the domes.
