An exciting experience
It wasn't the best day for a visit (lots of rain), but we couldn't miss it, attracted by that most evocative word, "samurai". In Kanazawa, in the district of Nagamachi, you can find well-preserved houses once occupied by samurai. It's an area of winding streets bordered by two canals. The houses have mud walls topped with tiles, and taking a walk around here is a truly fascinating experience!
