Typical throughout India

These "paan" sellers are everywhere in India, from north to south, east to west. In this town, they're called "panarama-paan." Sometimes it's sweet and caled "mitha" (mainly for children and youth) and if it has tobacco it's called "saadha" (this is for men), although in most travel guides about India it is called simply "paan". Anyway, this is typical throughout India. In all corners of the Indian sub-continent, they spit on the ground. I'm not exaggerating, they are continually spitting this thick red liquid produced by this "paan" and the saliva produced by chewing it. In this magnificent city
