An ideal place

Sopavillonen is a pavilion built on a city bridge. A large wooden building surrounded by water, it's the ideal place for a romantic dinner or a night out dancing. It seems a small palace, and its beautiful facade is reflected in the water of the lake. Built in 1889, it was later abandoned before being recovered by the city and today is seen as a historical monument. Now you can enjoy a Danish buffet here at noon, for 12 euros, or go to see an art exhibition inside. There is an orchestra and a grand piano, and it's popular with older people on Sunday afternoons and younger types on Saturday: you can enjoy a cocktail in a 1930's environment.
