If you want to be in the center of Melbourne's CBD area, this hotel is a very good option. It is very central and close to the trams and free tourist busses. The hotel is relatively cheap at about €60 per room in high season. Its London-style, i.e. carpeted wooden floors, clean rooms with shared or private bathrooms, depending on price and a full English breakfast buffet. A good nights rest is assured as it is not noisy either by the day or at night. And having the shared bathroom is nothing traumatic, each bathroom is assigned to a specific room and you can only open the door with the room's keycard.
