Saint-Malo Cathedral

A beautiful gothic cathedral in the Romanesque style, with foundations dating back to the twelfth century. The design seems very slightly off-centre to me, but that could just be my impression. The windows are very modern and bright, and the altar is just wonderful. In each corner there is a representation of one of the four evangelists, and on the outside there are fascinating gargoyles. One that I found especially fun was a dragon devouring a man, who is howling in terror.
