Indian markets, noise and bustle, images straight out of another era.

The famous floating markets of Bangkok Thailand. In Thonburi canals in Khlong Bang Khu Wiang, a floating market. Another tourist floating market and even more, is in Wat Sai.

American markets are more modern, but just as attractive.

The souks of Fez, located in the maze of alleyways of the medina. Each guild has its souk: carpenters, goldsmiths, weavers and tanners, dyers, streets are irresistible, with leather goods, carpets, fabrics and copper objects. African style are in Moroccan bazaars and street markets on the edge of the desert.
