The only pub in Durness
The Oasis only one pub/restaurant in the Highlands village of Durness, a town that's far from everything excepts the Atlantic. We were just happy that there was at least one pub! The atmosphere is warm and full of locals and travelers who had the courage to follow the small road for 4 hours to get to Durness. The view of the cliffs overlooking the ocean is lovely, and given the latitude, the sun sets as late as 11:00pm here.
