Town Hall of Wuppertal

The German city of Wupperal is part of North Rhine-Westphalia and boasts the Wupper river which flows through the city. KerstenPlatz is its historic town hall and is located near a magnificent fountain dedicated to Neptune. The city of Wuppertal is noted for it culture, especially contemporary art museums and Germany's most important theater devoted exclusively to dance which was recently renovated.
