Worth a trip


The Via Francigena has been famous since ancient times as the road that connected Rome with Canterbury. This path has been followed by travelers and popes alike. The trail starts at the port of San Giovanni in San Gimignano and finishes at Colle Val D'Elsa. It takes about 4-5 hours to complete, and you'll be rewarded by beautiful landscapes along the way.
