The opening was made possible through the donation until the end of construction, by the heirs of Eng Meadows, Virgiliol City, the museum combines the ancient tradition of the place to suggestions that are modern. The art building is on Via Parma, 24 , 5 miles from the city, and one can get there by following the Roman road leading from Mantua to S. Benedetto Po.
