I passed through Jaca and stopped to have some tapas in this restaurant.
I was pleased with the food. They give you tapas with a modern presentation without losing quality. Imaginative dishes for a good price.
You can have small sandwiches, portions, fried food, cured meat, cheeses, and things on toasted bread. The atmosphere is nice, and in summer they put tables outside in the street.
You can buy wine by the glass of which they have a wide range. I recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. It is in Ramiro I Street, number 3.A central and busy street.
The Gaston is a classic establishment situated in Jaca. It was recently reopened (since April 2012) with new owners and new menu, and it remains a highly recommended place to go if you want to eat well. The sample menu (26 € per person) is really great in terms of the quantity and quality, and it is delicious. Besides, the service is outstanding. 100% recommended.
Since 1994, this restaurant has proven to be a quality and well-known establishment in Jaca. It is named after a piece of furniture that is often found next to the chimneys of the houses typical of the Pyrenees. Inside you can sit in any 'cadiera' and taste their delicious dishes.
Served by Sylvie, this is a small place but a good place to enjoy a delicious meal, the preparation, presentation and service are exquisite. I recommend their dessert crepes, they are scrumptious, its prices are average. You must visit and try the dishes, you will not regret it.
This restaurant is great, the interior is like a cave. The menu is divided into three parts: one for children, one for the menu of the day, and finally one for the special menu. That is not to mention the a la carte menu. All in all, a great success.
This formidable restaurant in the Aragonese town of Jaca offers different menus, one for 14 € and one for € 23. Both offer varied dishes of high quality. The wine from the menu doesn't need to be mixed with bubbly water. The menu is a bit expensive, but you will not get cheated out of good food.
It was spectacular. We had been travelling for several days and we missed good food. It was a spectacular deal and good quality food. We went again the next day. Value for money, a score of 11. It is a typical village restaurant in a small town.
