Bahia Inglesa is in northern Chile's Atacama Desert. It's hot all year so you can got any time. This very close to Caldera and Copiapo. If you go in spring there are not many tourists and you can enjoy the Flowering Desert. In late September the area is full of colors with different types of flowers. Charm to me ....

After having a dip on the beach at English Bay which is located five minutes from Caldera in the Atacama Desert, I went to the nearby craft fair. At the second stall that I passed, there was an artist making his beautiful necklaces and other products with local stones. You can also find raw minerals such as copper, silver, etc.

In the picture, is a mining compressor used for drilling the mine, the compressor was owned by my great grandfather. The mine was founded in 1932. It contains a lot of history.
