Ibis Karlin Hotel is located in Prague's Zone 8. It's not where most other tourist hotels are located, but it's a really good and quiet area with lots of public transportation links (the hotel is 100 meters from the Krizivoka metro stop, which is 2 stops away from Stare Mesto). It's a simple, no-frills type of hotel, but very cozy in the end. The rooms are huge and have small balconies and toilets in separate rooms from the bathroom. The restaurant food is fine, and drinks are well-priced for a hotel. Wifi connection is available, but not included in the price. They also offer airport transfers for 18.00 euros, about the cost of a cab.
The Hilton, though not in the heart of the city, is a few minutes walk from the city center on foot. The hotel is alongside the Moldava river. The hotel is very modern and has all the appropriate facilities of a 5 star hotel. It's worth mentioning that on the top of the building you can find the SKY BAR, brand new and from where you can see the whole city and have a drink for a relatively good price.
Atlante Residence Ai 4 Angeli is one of those places you will always remember after your trip, it is a three-star hotel located in the city center of Prague. Recently renovated in a quiet area, close to major attractions including Wenceslas Square, and is easily accessible by foot. There are excellent public transport connections, and clients can efficiently travel around the entire city.
This is one of the legendary hotels in Prague. Located in the middle of Wenceslas Square, it was built in 1889 and, a few years later, in 1903, it was renovated under the supervision of Bedřich Bendelmayer and Alois Dryak, two of the most famous architects of that time who created a "new" art nouveau building. Over the years it has become one of the most famous hotels in the Czech capital of Prague, and inside of it, blockbusters like "Mission Impossible" with Tom Cruise have been filmed. On the floor of the hotel there is the famous Café Europa, recommended in all the guidebooks to rest while having a coffee after a long day of sightseeing and tourism.
In my short trip to Prague, I decided to choose this hotel because I had stayed several times in hotels of this chain, and all have more or less the same features, thus avoiding unpleasant surprises, it is also very well-priced and is located in the center of the city, about a five minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, for the same price almost everyone was on developments more than 4 miles outside of downtown, and the truth is, for four days I had to visit the city did not feel like wasting time on traveling. The hotel consists of 181 rooms, including 4 for guests with mobility problems, which are all fully equipped, (with telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, wireless internet ...) and cozy. It is a clean hotel and also has a restaurant, terrace, bar snacks 24 hours and parking, offering thalassotherapy and spa services. It also features a heated indoor pool and fitness centre. The breakfast service is well-managed, with a great variety and a big buffet. Communication, with respect to transportation, is excellent, a few meters away is the Pavlova metro station (line c), and with about 26 CZK (approx. € 1), arrive at the airport.
Prague has two incredible virtues. It is both beautiful yet affordable. What more could a traveler ask for? with the current state of the economy, housing is no exception. Thus, for the price of a hostel, you get a 3 star hotel like this one which is excellently located near all the attractions of the city, few steps from the metro. A hotel to consider.
My Hotel Apollon was re-opened in Prague in 2008 after an intensive six-month renovation. It's located in a quiet part of Prague, only 15 minutes from the city center (Tram 9 will take you directly there). It has 50 double, single, twin and triple rooms, all with full bathrooms, satellite TV, and direct-dial telephone. The hotel has air conditioning and a restaurant open all day for guests.
The narrow entrance to the hotel, compared to the photos online, is a bit disappointing, but the fantastic breakfast and comfortable room make up for it. The hotel is just a minute from the train station, and two from Wenceslas Square. It's a walk of just over 20 min reach the Charles Bridge. Compare prices at different sites because a room at this comfortable four star hotel can be found for a very good price.
Perfect hotel, excellent location, good deal, a staff that spoke Spanish with no problems. Spacious rooms, good bathroom .... A good breakfast, though a bit repetitive, but it is arguably one of the best-situated hotels in Prague, if you want to be downtown and be around the hotel.
A beautiful hotel in the centre of Prague. I loved it - not particularly cheap, but worth it. The bathrooms are gorgeous, with a tub. Cleanliness: 8 points. Comfort: 10 points. Breakfast: 8 points. Location: 9 Recommended if you want to stay in peace. The only problem was the lift, which was a bit on the old side and a tad scary, but there are stairs, too.
To go on a trip to Prague, I recommend this hotel because it is in the center of Prague, and from it you can see all there is to do in the city, almost without taking any transportation at all. The Clementin Old Town is the narrowest preserved building of Prague, with a width of just 3.28 meters and dates back to the year 1360. There's even a piece of an ancient wall inside! The rooms are not very fancy, but with a few days to spare it is good option and not very expensive. The hotel are are very nice and pleasant. Highly recommended to stay there.
A unique hotel located in Prague 1, therefore well-placed for the centre. The rooms are spacious, bright and quiet. The cleaning is pretty good. Plentiful breakfast, with something for everyone. The hotel restaurant La Boca (Hispanic food) is good and cheap, with a discount for hotel guests. Shuttle to the airport is approximately € 40 for a round trip. Triple room 70 € per night.
The Angelo Hotel Prague is located two kilometers from the center of Prague. The Lobby Bar offers a room with a fireplace and a selection of snacks, drinks and light refreshments, and a breakfast buffet is served every morning. It has wireless internet access, a business center with fax, photocopy, print and courier services, laundry services, currency exchange, concierge and underground parking assistance. It has 168 rooms decorated in light colors with scarlet curtains and stained wood furniture, all complete with plasma screen TVs, satellite TV, DVD players, safes and desks.
This is a new building in the district of Karlin in Prague. Without being in the historic centre, it offers all the comforts, and you can avoid the problems that come from staying in a hotel in the tourist area. You can walk to the centre in fifteen minutes, along a large, lively avenue, or if you'd prefer to take the metro, you only need to cross the road to get to the Florenc station. The central railway station is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a huge supermarket with good prices just across the tram tracks. The hotel is light and clean, with good service, and a nice breakfast with plenty of fruit, pastries and breads, cereals, meats, jams and juices. The rooms are very spacious and bright, and everything you could wish for a wonderful visit to Prague.
Located 200m from the Andel metro station and tram stop, and directly opposite the largest shopping centre in Prague, this is a very nice, modern hotel with minimalist decor. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and the corridors and rooms are carpeted. The bathroom floor is always warm. The bathroom has a large bath framed by a mirror that takes up the entire wall, separate toilet and separate shower, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, and all the amenities you'd expect. There's a free safe, iron - the only strange note is that the TV is not a flat screen like you'd expect from a room like this. Three free computers in reception, able to print any document. Extended breakfast hours, from 6.30 to 10.30 am, with juices, pastries, various kinds of breads, cheeses and rich Prague ham, and fruit. Sausages, boiled eggs, scrambled, etc.. The only bad thing about the breakfast is coffee, but you have plenty of tea bags and instant coffee sachets. The staff at reception were very nice. Both metro and tram will take you to the centre of Prague in five minutes.
I spent about four days at this hotel, located in a residential area on the outskirts of Prague. The metro stop is very close, so you can get to the city centre quickly. If you want to rent a car, this hotel is a good choice because it has a lot of parking. The rooms are quiet, with enough space for two people, as you'd expect from a 3*. On the upper floors, the wifi is a bit spotty, although it works perfectly in reception. A breakfast buffet was included - quite varied, with a decent quality, and good enough to start the day with a full stomach. The price is very good, so it's a good option if you do not mind taking the Metro and do not want to spend much money.
The Acc-nifos Rott Hotel is located in the famous and exciting city of Prague, only 100 meters distance away from the world famous Astronomical Clock, just off the historic town square. The facade of the hotel is in the typical neo-Renaissance style with modern and dynamic interiors because of its recent opening. It has 80 large and perfectly equipped rooms.
It's no exaggeration to say that this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life. My budget doesn't usually run to 4* hotels, but an "unfortunate" overbooking at the cheaper hotel I'd selected allowed us to stay at this wonderful hotel in Prague. Its location is unbeatable, just 3 minutes walk from the National Museum and Wenceslas Square, with a metro stop nearby. It's an old building, like 99% of Prague downtown, and has been remodeled inside from head to toe. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, with a huge picture window, plasma TV, desk, armchair, safe, and huge double bed. The breakfast buffet is delicious. A great choice!
Located south of the city, about ten minutes walk from Muzeum (going up the stairs on the street). This hotel cost us 88 for 3 nights for two people, with buffet breakfast and free parking, which is always good. The hotel is well equipped, with fairly large rooms. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, both sweet and savoury, and the reception is open all night. However, for the price there are some negatives: we stayed for three days, and they didn't change the bath towels or sheets, or give us extra shower gel or shampoo.
The Roma Hotel is a 4 star hotel and is very nice. It is located in the historic center (20 meters from a tram stop) of Prague in the Mala Strana neighborhood right next to the Petrin lookout and only about 2 kmilometers away from the castle and the Old Town Square in Prague. Despite the antiquity it has been renovated not long ago and has wi-fi, a gym, sauna, etc..
This hotel offers all the amenities to make it an ideal place to stay. It has 87 rooms with air conditioning, bathroom, free internet access, minibar, desk, coffee and tea, etc. The price also includes facilities such as the gym. It has a covered garage. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine, and also serves breakfast. This hotel has been certified as a green hotel "Ecolabel" through initiatives for saving water, electricity, and waste recycling, including food. This certification is recognized by the European Union. It's just 5 minutes walk from the tram and metro, which will take you to the centre in less than 10 minutes. I recommend this hotel if you want a more relaxed atmosphere in which to stay with excellent service and quality.
The Belvedere Hotel is a 3 star hotel located near the center of Prague, as well as, the Gallery of Modern Art, the fairgrounds and the National Technical Museum. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel lies locations for entertainment, dining, and convenient shopping. It is also well connected to all the public transport systems and is only 12 kilometers from the airport.
The Hotel Acc-Nifos U Zlateho Stromu is located in the centre of Prague, in Bohemia; Czech Republic. An original eighteenth century construction, it still keeps its old charm and offers 22 rooms and three suites spread over four floors, all equipped for your comfort, and suitable whether you're travelling for business, or pleasure. The hotel is entirely non-smoking, with restaurant service, a garden and nearby nightclub, in addition to all local points of interest.
