Cala Boadella

After 9 days visiting Girona, some inland villages. and the Costa Brava from north to south, on our last day of vacation before embarking on the return trip to Valencia, we decided to visit this cove. We were a little reluctant to be in Lloret de Mar, even though we'd heard of it, due to its mass tourism.
Boadella Creek is a beach about 250 meters long, located just outside the town of Lloret de Mar, and is accessed by the GI-682 (Blanes-Lloret) road. (If you go with GPS put 'cami boadella' and not cala boadella, which is a hotel in the middle of town). The beach is surrounded by cliffs and a thick pine forest.
