The Chapel of the Fortress
The Capela da Nossa Senhora dos Aflitos, also known as the Chapel of San Antonio, is the fortress's chapel built in the 17th century in honour of the patron saint, Anthony. It has simple lines, a small stature, and offers magnificent views over the beach.
