Sem Espinhas Restaurant

Sem Espinhas is a chain of 4 restaurants on the east coast of the Portuguese Algarve, the first on the beach of Manta Rota, the second beach do Cabeço (between Monte Gordo and height), the third in an old building in the historical Vila Real de Sto. Antonio, along the Guadiana and finally fourth, informal beach also do Cabeço. We usually go to the beach restaurant do Cabeço, built of wood on the beach, with huge windows overlooking the sea. The decor is cheerful, and consists of modern paintings, vivid and matching placemats, but more important is the quality of the fish. At the entrance there is a cabinet with very fresh fish of the day you can choose from, golden, sea bass, sea bream, sole, turbot, for one or several, depending on the market date.
