Miniature Big Ben

The Albert Memorial Clock is a kind of miniature Big Ben. It is located in Queen's Square in central Belfast near the docks. It was built between 1865 and 1870 and is one of the main attractions of the capital of Northern Ireland.

Damaged by a bomb in 1992

This tower was built 1855-1870, as a memorial to Queen Victoria and is 113 meters high. One side has a statue of Prince Albert and being situated near the docks it was always frequented by prostitutes waiting for sailors. The clock was damaged by a bomb in 1992.
