Imagine that you are in a city you do not really, like Cagliari, that you are extremely hungry, and you do not know where to eat. After strolling around downtown and with so much gastronomic competition you finally decide on a restaurant that you've never heard of. You are starting to have hunger pangs. You order a white wine, Karmis, a prawn and vegetable salad, and a pasta alle vongole and basil. For dessert you order a lemon sorbet. Your fellow travellers order antipasti and spinach ravioli with ricotta, ending with Panacota and Tiramisu. The total would be 24 € per person with excellent service.
