Bank of Portugal

The Castelo Branco branch of the Bank of Portugal was designed de by the Architect Salles Viana and opened its doors in the year 1892. It is an example of architecture of those years, for example the indefinite or eclectic type, which is a mix of classic Baroque and Gothic styles. Today it has become a symbol of tradition.
