Split is a beautiful city, with its winding streets, the only problem is with restrictions to preserve this city, as it is an UNESCO world heritage site, and you can not change anything of the old architecture of the city. In medieval times, the houses were built very close to each other, to be more compact and strong in case of an attack. So, apart from the square Narodni and the peristyle, the city has very few large plazas, and therefore there are many little café terraces. The square has the caffé Get, a cafe serving drinks and snacks, but does also serve food. I liked the décor and it is friendly.
