Chicago is called The Windy City because of the strong winds from Lake Michigan. It is the third largest metropolis in the United States, along with New York and Los Angeles. It has impressive buildings for their height and especially for its architecture, so much so, that the Bureau of Architecture organizes special tours. There are signs of the famous architects: Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van der Rohe and others. The panorama of the city at night is stunning.
