Worth a visit
This is one of the most remarkable of the 14 chapels in the Cathedral. It is in the right wing of the main altar, beside the door of forgiveness that overlooks the Plaza of the Priests. You can enter through a wrought iron fence, and the ceiling is covered with murals. Here you can see the Holy of Holies, on a wooden altar carved from mahogany. On the sides, there are several paintings depicting the four Evangelists. In front of the the altar is the marble grave of Diego Caballero, first secretary of the Royal Court.
