Hassen

Hassen is a beer and tapas bar with Japanese-European fusion food. It is close to the bars and nightclubs of Osaka's Umeda Station, making it the ideal place to start a night out. Oddly, the restaurant is filled with high tables and high wooden stools, so when it is crowded it's hard to see who's standing and who's sitting. They have a variety of Izakaya-style tapas and a number of types of Japanese beer.
